Installation of Collabora

The usage of Collabora requires a support subscription with Collabora option. Without support option, Nextcloud GmbH is not able to give support for Collabora installations.

Accessing the Collabora Productivity Portal

As part of your Collabora subscription, you should have received access credentials for the Collabora Productivity Portal. If you have lost your access credentials, please file a support ticket . Our support team will be happy to assist you in regaining access to your Collabora Productivity account. As an information, the general Collabora Productivity Portal information can be found below. The login to the Collabora Productivity Portal is required to access your unique repository identifier.

Username: Has been provided to you via email.
Password: Has been provided to you via email.

Please do not file issues in Collabora using the Collabora Productivity Portal but directly through the Nextcloud GmbH ticketing system.
