Decryption error: "Cannot decrypt this file, probably this is a shared file"¶

When encryption was enabled and disabled without decrypting all the files, some users see the following error while accessing an encrypted file: Cannot decrypt this file, probably this is a shared file. Please ask the file owner to reshare the file with you.

This often happens during file access, so it can be seen in two different occasions:

1. It can be seen the nextcloud.log file if a user is not able to access one if his file.
2. It can also be seen in the terminal during a file transfer with occ files:transfer-ownership.

This usually happen when encryption was enabled and disabled without decrypting all the files.
