Database errors in the Nextcloud log¶

Mostly, database errors are not caused by the Nextcloud code but by other infrastructure components. This is why the Nextcloud log often does not point directly at the root cause of the issue. The errors are: "failed to connect to the database" or "too many connections". This article describes what to check.
