Document loading failed, when Nextcloud Office is behind a firewall¶

In a situation when the Nextcloud setup and in particular Nextcloud Office is placed behind a Firewall it might be the case that the user will see the error message Document loading failed with the description Socket connection closed unexpectedly. The reverse proxy might be misconfigured, please contact the administrator.
