Nextcloud Enterprise¶

Nextcloud Enterprise is pre-configured, optimized and hardened for the special needs of large scale, production-critical enterprise deployments. It is backed by your Nextcloud Subscription which gives you access to our expertise, partner services and more.

Support time-frame¶

The support time-frame is based on your subscription with 1, 3 or 5 years and the initial enterprise release of each major version.

This then tells you for how long you are going to get support from Nextcloud while we encourage you do run newer versions of Nextcloud to benefit from new and extended features.

If you need a longer support time-frame you can always talk to your account manager to upgrade to a higher tier in order to benefit from the extended support time-frame.
