Adding contact persons for support.nextcloud.com

Our support portal support.nextcloud.com automatically recognizes emails to support@nextcloud.com from known senders and assigns them to the right customer account.

You can retrieve a list of the so-far known senders on your subscription page under https://portal.nextcloud.com/subscription.

To add another contact person, there is a form on that very page to simply submit it.
